A grammatically perfect blog post or email won’t necessarily generate the best results.

Conversational content allows users to connect with marketers. Rather than being cold and calculated (and sometimes full of jargon), writing conversationally allows content marketers to engage readers and “speak” to them on a more personal level.

We’re not telling you to write exactly as  you speak, but consider loosening the reins a bit and taking a more personalized approach writing which allows readers to get to know you and your business.
