Although Twitter is still several steps behind Facebook on many fronts, they have recently added some new features available in their dashboard tool that many businesses may find beneficial.
Twitter now allows businesses to display their availability to potential customers in their profiles, mimicking a similar business feature that Facebook implemented last year. The new feature was rolled out in early September of 2016. Better late than never, right?
Your business profile on Twitter can now show the specific hours that you are available to communicate with your audience. This way, your customers will have realistic expectations with regards to your responsiveness.
