We’re halfway through 2017, so it may be the perfect time to give yourself a content marketing checkup.
Like any other type of marketing strategy, content marketing doesn’t really work when you simply set it and forget it. It’s important to analyze and reevaluate your strategy periodically, to see what’s working and what’s not.
First, take a look at who is writing your content, and whether they should be. Are your subject matter experts great at what they do, but maybe not so great at writing? Or do they struggle to “fit in” writing? It might be more effective to hire a professional writer to get the details, and then turn it into something compelling.
