In fact, “Amazon reported an increased revenue of 1% for every 100 milliseconds improvement to their website speed.” We’re talking milliseconds. Meanwhile, Walmart found that “every 1-second increase in page speed resulted in a 2% increase in conversions.”

You can start by scaling down your images to improve page load times. Does that photo really need to be so big? Do you have plugins that you don’t use? Get rid of them!
