When it comes to setting up your workspace for success, there are many ways to increase your productivity. Check out these tips for doing just that.

Perhaps one of the most important digital tools is a project management tool.

At SMFC, we use Asana, because it works best for our team and the way we work. But there are a variety of other tools out there to choose from. Trello, for example, is another popular project management tool you may consider. It all depends on what makes sense for your team, and how it  works together.

Automatic meeting schedulers, time tracking tools, and workflow tools are also great options to help you manage digital productivity.

But don’t forget about the actual physical environment in which you work. While we spend much of our time glued to our computer screens, the physical space around us also has an impact on your productivity – and your morale. Good ergonomics, good lighting and a little bit of nature can go a long way.
