Personalized content has been a huge focus this year, with marketers tailoring content to the individual buyer instead of a broad audience.
Including vibrant and entertaining visuals has also been popular, as text just isn’t cutting it anymore. Today’s consumer needs a picture, video or other graphic to go along with the text, or you’ve lost their attention completely.
