If you haven’t had time to work on your holiday SEO campaign, you’re not alone.

You can’t necessarily make up for lost time, but there are a few things you can still do to boost your website traffic for the holiday season. Search Engine Land contributor Dave Davies offers a few quick, last-minute tactics for improving your SEO in a pinch.

First: If your business has a consumer-facing office, and you don’t have a Google business page, you need to get one. Now.

Next, you’ll want to take a look at your content metadata, making sure that titles, descriptions and keywords are relevant and optimized for what you want to rank for. Make sure that what searchers are finding is what they’re looking for.
