Amid the ever-changing trends of website design and development, we sometimes forget that we’re designing sites for our customers.

In most companies, YOU are not your audience. Even if you started a company because you WERE the audience and you thought you could do it better, by now, you’re too far “in it” to be your audience. You’ve got to step outside yourself, and let the data inform your decisions.
