Do you know what your Facebook fans are responding to? So what are you doing about it? 

By monitoring Insights for A&E Coffee’s Facebook page, we saw that graphics about coffee were being shared, some as many as 17 times, after being posted. We saw that as an opportunity to increase engagement with our Facebook fans and started creating jpeg images (optimized for FB sizing, of course!) of coffee sayings to post with some regularity. The first few of those images posted were shared XXX and XXX times. Being tuned in with – and responsive to – the social audience’s behavior is a part of our job.
