WordPress 5 arrived amidst a lot of anticipation and a little bit of worry, particularly in relation to the new editor.

While many website managers were excited about the new block editor and the layout and design possibilities it made available to content authors who do not know how to code, others were concerned about compatibility with their existing page builders such as Divi, Visual Composer, Beaver Builder and Elementor, as well as other plugins.

Read B2C’s post to learn more about the new editor and the new theme.

And if you aren’t ready to change, you can also learn about the Classic Editor plugin available which allows you to continue using your existing page builders and editor as you always have, and which will be supported until 2021, giving you plenty of time to adjust.

Just remember, before updating to WordPress 5, update your plugins first.
