Use hashtag searches to find users who are in or may be visiting your area. For example, #ManchesterNH or #MHT. Add these users to a list or segmented lists and monitor conversations or actively engage with them.
Large businesses with big advertising budgets can create a Promoted Trends campaign which will appear in user trend lists of those who have selected a matching city or region.
