Drowning in content

You’ve adopted and embraced content marketing. Unfortunately, so have a lot of other people.

In the last four years, largely due to the growth of content marketing as a major strategy for lead generation, the internet has grown from 30 trillion pages to 130 trillion pages. As a result, we are completely and utterly  drowning in content, which means standing out has become even more difficult.

So what can you do?

Obviously, listen to your audience, create great headlines and write what is worth reading.

But also make sure you include a learning loop as part of your content strategy. Don’t just develop content based on a plan or calendar. You need to be able to test, evaluate and prove that the plan is working and adapt if necessary.
