Hampton Terrace ran a co-promotion with a spa in NYC. Each company gained exposure to a new audience and two lucky winners got something fabulous.
Hampton Terrace and Oasis Day Spa serve similar audiences in the Berkshires and New York City, respectively. They each have a good-sized email list and Facebook following. The two businesses worked together to run a co-promotion that generated leads and new fans for each company.
Hampton Terrace offered a free, two-night stay at the inn, with no blackout dates and Oasis offered a free day of beauty as contest prizes. Emails were sent to each company’s list introducing and endorsing the other business and giving their fans and subscribers the opportunity to win the grand prize. Each company also offered a discount for anyone who entered the contest.
The contest sent participants to a tab on the Facebook page. If they didn’t already, they were directed to “like” the page. Once they “liked” the page, they could see and fill out the contest entry form. Once submitted, they were directed to a landing page with information about Hampton Terrace and the region.
The contest generated 398 new leads and Facebook fans for Hampton Terrace. We can now communicate with this new audience via email and Facebook.
